Our commitment to the flawless performance of our products never ends. That’s why we offer a recalibration program that makes it easy and convenient to maintain your sensor’s precision and accuracy.
As a FUTEK customer, you will receive a notification from us one month prior to your recommended annual recalibration, giving you ample time to request a quote and ship your product.
We will have your sensor tested and sent back to you within three to four days of arrival. (Exceptions may occur if there are functionality issues, in which case the turnaround time is a week.)
Our services are not limited to FUTEK sensors, we also offer recalibration to customers who have purchased test and measurement products from third party manufacturers.
FUTEK’s calibration department performs testing with a focus on expediency, reliability and rigorous attention to detail.
